NC Community Helping Hands is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of all donations received.

Online Donations

All donations to NC Community Helping Hands are currently accepted online only through secure third-party payment platforms. We do not accept cash, check, or in-person donations at this time.

Use of Donations

Donations support our mission to provide food assistance and educational resources to communities in need, beginning in Honduras, with the goal of expanding access across Central America. Funds may be used for, but are not limited to:

• Food pantry supplies (such as rice, beans, oil, and basic necessities)

• Educational resources (books, notebooks, school supplies)

• Community outreach and distribution efforts

• Operational costs directly related to program delivery

While we make every effort to honor donor intent, all donations are used at the discretion of NC Community Helping Hands to best support our mission and respond to community needs.

Tax-Deductibility

NC Community Helping Hands is a registered nonprofit organization in the United States. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to retain their donation confirmation for tax purposes and consult a tax professional if needed.

Refund Policy

Donations are considered final and non-refundable, as funds are quickly directed toward program needs. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

We respect the privacy of our donors. Personal information collected during the donation process is used solely for donation processing, receipts, and communication related to our mission. We do not sell, share, or trade donor information.
